The Health Consumers’ Council (WA) Inc (HCC) is an independent community based organisation representing the consumer’s voice in health policy, planning, research and service delivery in Western Australia since 1994. HCC Consumer Excellence Awards were created to celebrate the achievements of the unsung heroes in WA Health, from the administrator to the clinician and to recognise health consumers that go out of their way to make a difference.
